      What does Executive Search mean to me? First and foremost, it means challenge and fun. I have always enjoyed this business. I enjoy making crucial decisions that may shape the future of a person or even a whole company. I enjoy living to the rule of 30 seconds it takes you to comprehend what kind of person you are dealing with. I enjoy giving best people a chance. I enjoy possessing a quality they call professional insight.

      Whether I make a right decision selecting a given candidate, launching a project while instinctively turning down another one, time will tell. So far, time proves me right.
