Russia's Golden Treasury of Executives in the XXI Century
PRINCIPAL RESULTS OF THE PROJECT
One of the main results of the project is the establishment of personal and business contacts with key people in the regions, their interest in the project and willingness to participate in various initiatives under the aegis of
Russia's Golden Treasury of Executives in the XXI Century.

In addition, Project Phase II (May 2000 - January 2002) involved creation of a unique register of highly professional top managers across various sectors of the economy in 32 regions of Russia.
During 20 months (May 2000 - January 2002),
32 regions were surveyed, including:

- 33,391 businesses surveyed;
- 712 effective businesses identified;
- 109 of the businesses included in the RGTE short list;
- 5,352 executives identified, whose activities involve making crucial business decisions (RGTE participants);
- 436 executives nominated candidates for the RGTE Register;
- 102 meetings with representatives of regional business elites held;
- 110 managers of the short-listed businesses included in the RGTE Register.
In 12 regions, human resources audit was conducted, the Russia's Golden Treasury of Executives in the XXI Century register (the RGTE Register) was formed, monitoring of the information collected is ongoing:
